Previous viewing key
The way your viewing key is derived changed, so notes from before that point are held under a different key and do not appear in your balance. The funds are untouched and still in the pool. This asks Freighter for one extra signature over the old message, which is the only way to reproduce the old key, and then adopts those notes so you can spend them.
